Please join us for a great cause, fun time, all in memory of a true hero! Four Person Scramble-Flighted (Charitable) Double shotgun start. Tee times are 7:00 am (SOLD OUT), and 1:00 pm for the afternoon. $400/team includes: Green Fees, Cart, Luncheon, Beverages, Hole-in-One Prize, and a shirt.

About the Event
This is our largest fundraiser to help children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, which makes this event the perfect way to honor Blake Cazier. This annual memorial golf tournament is hosted as a way to celebrate Blake's life while giving back to other families who have children battling similar illnesses. All proceeds will be accepted through Team Blake Foundation. To date, we have assisted families with a total of $406,815 in grants, bills, care packages, and necessities as they focus on what's most important- their child. Please join us once again for a very special day!
