5th Annual Team Blake Memorial Tournament
Four Person Scramble-Flighted (Charitable) Double shotgun start. Tee times are 7:00 am for the morning, and 1:00 pm for the afternoon. $300/team includes: Green Fees, Cart, Luncheon, Hole-n-One Prize, shirt for each player, as well as on course events.

About the Event
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, which makes this event the perfect way to honor Blake Cazier. This annual memorial tournament is hosted as a way to celebrate Blake's life while giving back to other families who have children battling similar illnesses. All of the proceeds will be accepted through the Team Blake Foundation.
On course events ($20 per team) includes:
Longest Drive (men & women)
Closest to the Pin (men & women)
Longest Putt (men & women)
*Prizes will be listed before sign-up at the course*
Luncheon this year will be a boxed lunch due to restriction surrounding COVID.
